Another segment of the American Camp Trail is becoming reality! New owners of the property just south of Fairway drive have donated a trail easement. There are nine private properties along the (Friday Harbor to) American Camp Trail, and this is the sixth to give a trail easement. Doug McCutchen from the San Juan County Land Bank said, “Last Friday Aug 19th we took advantage of a Student Conservation Association crew we are currently hosting and got a start on construction.” The crew was back at it this Friday along with members of the Trails Committee.
